ARCH's Expertise Consultation Portal (ECP) is an online, secure environment focused on rare autoimmune diseases in which healthcare professionals can easily collaborate, share expertise, and include the experiences and questions of patients with rare autoimmune diseases. Patients can ask questions, complete questionnaires and view the results of their expertise consultations in this app.

** For participating patients (invited by healthcare provider)**
If you have received an invitation to create an account on ARCH's ECP, you can log in easily and securely via this app. In the app you can:
- Follow the progress of your scheduled meeting
- Complete questionnaires about your experience in preparation for the discussion
- Ask a question to the multidisciplinary team for a planned discussion
- Read back the results and recommendations of the discussion after completion

**For Healthcare Providers**
If you have an account in the ARCH ECP, you can log in via this app and use the portal. ARCH's ECP is the way to easily and securely share medical data with other hospitals in the ARCH expertise network. ARCH's ECP has been developed to support expertise advice, a new performance code that the NZa has introduced since 2023. With this performance in mind, ARCH's ECP supports the treatment and declaration process surrounding the expertise consultation. The ECP of ARCH:
- Registers all data that is necessary for hospitals to be able to declare the expertise consultation to the health insurer. - Exports the required data for the declaration of the expertise advice in one click (addon DBC care activity 190174).
- Has a simple, clear user environment and an intuitive workflow for an improved user experience and a reduced administrative burden, including by:
o An agenda that makes it clear at a glance where, when and which meetings are taking place and where there is still room for registration.
o A workflow with integrated explanations and reminders/notifications so that the entire process of registering and discussing patients is simplified, and the input of patients (their experience and questions) is also better guaranteed.
o Registration of data in a clear reporting letter, which can easily be entered into the EPD.
- Complies with all certifications for the most secure exchange of medical and personal data.
- Is optimally accessible, namely from any PC, laptop, tablet and mobile phone, making it easier for hospitals to join in and expertise networks to grow maximally.
