worst service. no technician visits even after repeated booking. a good for nothing app. dont download it.

Not able to give zero star so gave 1. Worst experience ever. Raised a breakdown request for my AC two months back. Still there is not even a single person who has come to check the product. What's even worse is whenever we call the service number noone picks the call. Instead of using this app I feel it's better to raise concern to the product service team directly and get the service done.

I booked an AC service on OneDios. Technician called, promised to arrive by 6 PM. I kept waiting but he didn’t show. When I called again, he said 30 mins more, then switched off his phone. So unprofessional! App is totally unreliable. Such bad experience—I’ll never recommend it to anyone!
