None of the Axon body 2 cameras will pair with any moblile device. Body 1 cameras worked fine. All fixed now. working great except viewing from mobile device is very low quality.
Previous issues have been fixed and the app works great!!
I have the Galaxy S8+ and when I try to review a video all I get is the buffering circle. It makes my job so much harder because when I need to review a video for a report I can't. I also don't know does the axon body 2 have a WiFi password? Don't know if that has to do with me not being able to review??? When it connects to my axon the WiFi symbol at the top has a "!" By it?
Worked great when I had the original Flex...just got issued a Body 2, now it won't pair with my Samsung galaxy s6 (running Android 7.0) at all. Not happy.
Worked ok on my Galaxy S5. Upgraded to an S8+ and video will not play. Contacted tech support / customer service and after a few emails that consisted of did you pair your camera to a different phone.. they (tech support) stopped responding to my emails. Spend millions of dollars and equipment, storage and training and can't get the basic stuff to work. Very disappointing especially because axion staff talked up this app so much!
App never works on my S6. I am unable to connect or view videos. They really need to take a look at this.
