Worked great until Samsung pushed update on 8/11. It recognizes the s/n for the camera, but it toggles between searching and connecting. It never connects and then it times out. I see this is a new issue and anxiously await a solution. I can discuss further details if it would help.
Here we are a month into an update problem that rendered this $700 tool a paperweight. Still no word on a fix. Unacceptable! I can assure you Taser/Axon won't have many contracts left when the time comes around. ..absolute nightmare
The initial problem has been resolved. Thank you! Problem now is WiFi needing a password. I followed the website suggestion to restart both phone and BWC and that did not work. Please fix or give better help.
I have to carry 2 phones at work because the Axon app will not work on my Samsung S8. It's a little disappointing. Please expedite the remedy.
The recent update has created a nightmare with trying to connect to the Flex 2 body camera. I have a Google Pixel phone and I keep getting a message asking for the wifi password to connect to the body camera. Never had this issue before. Please correct this issue.
I and many others rely on this app for work. I used it everyday for a few years. Hasn't worked with my Note 4 in over a month. It's 2017 we are talking about extremely expensive devices made by extremely wealthy companies, how on earth has this issue not been fixed? Tax payers are footing a big bill for these services and the people who are stuck using these products should be able to rely on proper updates and flawless technology for the massive amount of money that is spent on them.
