Since the update a day ago I have lost access to my work laptop. The app worked fine never had an issue until this update. Now when I scan my QR code it says the Qr codes don't match. I have restarted the laptop and also forced stop the app and reopened it. Still can't get in.

The App isn't bad, it works most of the time. But on occasions it will go belly up on you and your company IT won't have a clue how to fix it. So if you had an issue like mine, where it quit working and hung up on the pin portion and didn't do anything here is the solution I found. You need to go to the app and tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner, select other settings, then display users keys. click the garbage can in the right corner and accept. This will wipe out the bad key or keys. Then you will have to hop back on to your computer once you unlock it and re-enroll your mobile device again. Once you do that, it should be good to go. Don't know why this happened on my Samsung Note 9 but it worked, I hope this helps others when their IT department doesn't have a clue about why the app isn't working.

Does it's job, but in a quite annoying, not user friendly way. First of all, 99.9% of the time a user would like to use the scan option, since the app is used 15+ times per day to log in to a system, but you only add a new device once. Why doesn't the scan option open automatically? There could be also a widget shortcut or long-press option. Turning the screen from portrait to landscape for scanning? I hate it! It takes unnecessary time, especially on typically slow company phones.
