Department of School Education and Literacy (DoSE&L), Jharkhand aims to create an integrated digital platform called e-Vidyavahini to ensure robust governance of the school and effective service delivery. e-Vidyavahini shall serve as single centralized dynamic platform for monitoring of all key parameters to ensure effective delivery of quality education to all the schools in the state. It shall also serve as a two way communication platform to address issues and grievances of schools, and education officials at multiple levels. e-Vidyavahini shall be developed as a combination of mobile application and a web portal with dashboards and MIS to capture multiple parameters related to school infrastructure, delivery of schemes, learning outcomes, program implementation, academic initiatives, resource management etc.

App was not opening when I wanted to log in for my attendance. That costed my attendance for today. I am unable to change my mpin too. Lots of glitches like these. If you want to give our salary on the basis of the attendance through this, then improve the app and the service. 18/09/21 Updated the app to the latest version, but is not even opening. My anroid is the latest version, so for sure there is no problem with the phone.

This app is too unreliable. In a proper networked area, I am trying to login since last 4-5 days and nothing is happening, instead "unable to process" message. DEOs/DSEs in Jharkhand are issuing letters to held up salaries in case the attendance does not get marked in this app or the teacher's profile does not get updated in this app. Do they all know the technical issues and other such problems with these apps and network.

The app is full of glitches and it doesn't let you upload files. I have tried more than 10 times to upload file through web and mobile app but nothing helps. It shows error and asks to try again. It's really time taking and there's no way to know whether the documents are uploaded or not. Please look after these problems first then bring up new updates. Thank you!
