Evoke Host is the event management companion for organisers in Zambia. Create events, sell tickets, manage your team, scan attendees at the door, and

CREATE & PUBLISH EVENTS
Set up your event in minutes. Add a title, description, cover images, venue with map location, date and time, agenda with speakers, and tags. Configure
multiple ticket types with different prices, quantities, and sale windows. Publish when you're ready.

SELL TICKETS
Accept payments via mobile money (Airtel, MTN, Zamtel) directly through the app. Tickets are delivered digitally with QR codes to your attendees. Track
every sale in real time from your Business dashboard.

SCAN TICKETS AT THE DOOR
Use the built-in QR scanner to check in attendees instantly. See who has arrived, track scan counts, and prevent duplicate entries. Scanner mode gives
your door staff a focused, distraction-free interface.

MANAGE YOUR TEAM
Business owners can invite teammates and grant them different permission levels — some teammates can help create and manage events, others can only
