Genuinely one of the worst app experiences I've had and a good example of why everything doesn't have to be replaced with an app. Instead of simply paying for parking in a convenient way, you are forced to download a barely functioning app and waste time and energy setting everything up, fighting with the datetime picker, only to be met with a blank screen when trying to pay. I eventually managed to pay for my parking but the app never responded so I've no idea if I have actually paid or not.

Standard utter failure of these parking apps when in a low signal area, such as (and I know I'm blowing people's minds here) a carpark. How anyone can justify giving these apps more than 1 star utterly escapes me. The signs at the carpark say you must pay before exit, when that is physically impossible. The kiosk at the car park didn't work. The app doesn't work. So I guess I'll just wait for the fine and deal with that shall I? I'm going to complain to the council about the contract they have.

Beware of double charging ! As others report. the interface is far from user friendly, and very slow. I was charged twice for the same parking session after a direct bank payment was reported as 'failed'. After resubmitting using debit card was successful I then saw the failed payment had also been taken from my bank. Not impressed
