EvolveWell

About this app

EvolveWell is the secure mobile workspace built for aviation frontline workers, to stay aligned on safety, compliance, and daily readiness.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Read and acknowledge compliance bulletins
Stay current with safety updates, policy changes, and operational notices your team needs to know. Acknowledge each bulletin in a single tap so your supervisors know you've seen it.

• Complete required training
Work through role-targeted training at your own pace. Take the quiz when you're ready; your progress and results are recorded automatically.

• Take the pulse check — if you want to
A voluntary 30-second check-in about how your shift went. Your answers are confidential and count only in your team's combined picture — never under your name. Patterns help your team spot fatigue and friction early.

• See what's for you
Bulletins and training are filtered to your role, station, and team — no clutter, no irrelevant content.

• Track your progress
Review what you've completed and what's still open, all in one place.

HOW IT WORKS

EvolveWell is provided to employees by their employer. Your account is created in the EvolveWell Management Hub by your organization's administrator and synced to the app the first time you sign in with your work email. You cannot create an account from the app itself.

PRIVACY

We collect only what's needed to deliver bulletins, training, and the pulse check, and to keep your account secure. We do not show advertising, do not track you across apps, and do not sell personal data. Session diagnostics are masked so we never capture your typing or the contents of images.
