About this app

NuTasks Pros is the field app for the people who do the work: technicians and
cleaning crews who spend the day away from the office, often in places where
the signal doesn't reach.

BUILT FOR OFFLINE, NOT JUST "DESPITE" IT
Everything you do in the app is saved on your device instantly and synced
automatically once you're back online: starting a job, filling out an
inspection, taking photos, closing out. No more waiting for a signal in a
client's basement, and nothing you've done gets lost along the way.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- See your daily and weekly schedule, with jobs in the order they happen
- Run each job from start to finish (arrival, work and wrap-up) with a
built-in timer for time on the job
- Complete before-and-after inspections with photos, which are optional, so
you can move on without them
- Work through the job's task checklist
- Get the client's address, map and directions, opened in your favorite
navigation app
- Chat with the client right inside the job
- Send receipts and payment links, when your company uses this feature
- Watch step-by-step video guides for the work
- Register vehicles by scanning the VIN with your camera
- Get notified about new jobs, schedule changes and new messages
- Use the app in English, Spanish or Portuguese

WHO IT'S FOR
NuTasks Pros is for professionals working for a company that uses NuTasks.
You sign in with the account your company provides. The app doesn't create
new accounts and isn't meant for the general public.

PERMISSIONS AND WHY WE ASK
- Location: to log your arrival on site and get directions to the client. If
you allow background access, your office can follow your route while a job
is in progress. This is optional; if you decline, the app keeps working
normally.
- Camera and photos: for inspection photos, your profile picture and VIN
scanning.
- Notifications: for schedule updates and client messages.
