Ratings and reviews

Charging my model 3 with a j1772 adapter. Charging stops abruptly after 3 hours. Need to go back to the station and reinitiate a session. Only 1 of 4 stations working at my location (Palmdale, CA). I tried calling EVPassport phone support but there is no answer (goes straight to voicemail and no response after I left the voicemail)

Janky UI. Nice that they have Google Pay integration. Company doesn't maintain their chargers, though. No support outside of usual business hours. One has been broken for at least 8 months. No reason for them to stay in business unless they seriously turn things around. Best if they cede territory to better networks.

I only use this app because I have to. Extremely buggy and will lock you out of use forcing you to restart your phone in order to scan. Help department is some dude's phone and they respond hours later asking for details in order to help when you're clearly no longer near the charger. Now Google pay won't even work in the app.
