I was not able to register a new account. The confirmation link would not work, the app kept saying it was a bad link. It would not let me type in the code provided in the email. Waste of time. Good thing there was another charger available nearby.

I hate this app!!!! the app won't let me verify my email. I keep getting notices to verify and I get the email but I can't type in the code. the app won't let me type in the code. then I click the link but it tells me the link expired. it is so frustrating and horrible. then I can't link payment to the device. it keeps saying that the card is unreadable. this is the worst app and heaven for is that anyone gets stuck when they are desperate to charge their vehicle.

This is a scam. It will tell you it's charging and generate bogus data then bill you for it. I'm reporting this to my financial institution and the app store. There is a different app you were supposed to download - use the website printed on the charging station to find it.
