DoGoal is an habit and goal achiever app that brings to you an innovative and fun way to manage your goals and habits. DoGoal allows you to register your goals and habits, to configure alarms, and to get points and rewards by achieving your goals. DoGoal is an goal reminder, and, by means of a checklist, it will remind you everyday about which goals are pending for the day. During the day, you can inform which goals you achieved or habits that you kept, and which goals or habits you want to skip for the day.
DoGoal is a daily weekly monthly and yearly goal planner and it allows you to configure 6 kinds (or categories) of goals:
1. Achievement goals: you can define a specific deadline for a goal to be achieved. Your new year's resolutions can fit very well in the achievement goals category, once you can define the deadline to be 31 December;
2. Daily goals: goals that need to be achieved everyday (e.g., 30 minutes walk);
3. Weekly goals: goals that need to be achieved once a week (e.g., cut the grass);
4. Monthly goals: goals that need to be achieved once a month (e.g., clean the house);
5. Yearly goals: goals that need to be achieved once a year (e.g., do a trip);
6. Maintenance goals: goals that you need to keep forever. DoGoal reminds you about the maintenance goals from time to time. Your fitness goals can fit very well in this category. (E.g., keep your weight between 55kg and 60kg)
Get points and rewards by achieving your goals and keeping your habits! In order to motivate you to achieve your goals and keep your habits, we developed a system of points and rewards where you get points by each goal that you achieve or habit that you keep.
TIP: be always honest and organized with DoGoal, once you only compete with yourself.
