Is Anyone having trouble adjusting a time out and when you go to submit it says waiting or when you finally get to submit it tells you can't do that you don't have permission. It was a shift that attendant forgot to clock out and just trying to adjust the time they left. Was able to adjust before but now it's not working. I feel like it's the app because it keeps taking me to the same pages man IDK I just need help. 🤦🏼♀️

The ABSOLUTE worst transition I've ever made using an on line portal app. Instructions sent in emails do not accurately reflect the portal pages, so step by step instructions are useless. Once logged in, there is no simple way of editing errors in time displays. Due to errors on the mobile app, I've lost 5 hours and have no way of speaking to a Tempus Rep to fix it, in order to be paid. I can and do accept change and when organized, change can be good a good thing...sadly, this change isn't.

Crashes alot, not user friendly. I have to start and end shift on phone app, but can't approve through app. I have to go home and approve over my PC, then call client to lock approve my shift. It also drains battery cuz it's always running. I have to plug in my phone while at the clients home. Just an awful app. I'd rather go back to the easy paper timesheets.
