App is incredible buggy and frustrating. Often has to be launched several times before it will load, or processes endlessly, says you're not logged in but shows logout button on top, re-login says error. It literally takes hours sometimes of closing app, logging in, logging out, clearing cache, clearing data, etc... to work. You can't see what you're typing in note section while holding phone vertically. The home screen often zooms to a strange level, so you can't see menu. Update did nothing

App works when it wants to. Won't load 80% of the time so I cannot clock out properly. When it finally does work, I clock out and then I have to edit my hours which makes it non-EVV compliant. Logs me out very frequently and then takes 5-10 minutes(usually more) to load and log me back into the app. Extremely frustrating and stressful for someone who deals with enough stress on a daily basis.

If I could give 0 stars I would. this app is very buggy and can take 15 minutes just to log in or out because you have to clear out and reopen it. It's also supposed to work when you aren't connected to Internet service so that when you do reconnect, it updates the records. It does not do this! If I don't have Internet service, it won't open up. For a government funded program, it should work far better than it does and work as expected 100% of the time!!
