Ratings and reviews

App works when it wants to. Won't load 80% of the time so I cannot clock out properly. When it finally does work, I clock out and then I have to edit my hours which makes it non-EVV compliant. Logs me out very frequently and then takes 5-10 minutes(usually more) to load and log me back into the app. Extremely frustrating and stressful for someone who deals with enough stress on a daily basis.

I've never used an app with so many bugs/issues in my life. I clock in, notification says shift running in the background, I go to clock out and it asks me to clock in again. Awesome. Have to manually add my shift now which effectively makes said shift non compliant with EVV. This has now happened to me multiple times. The app has been a nightmare to deal with. Currently unable to even sign in and clock out AGAIN. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

I have frequent issues with this app, some more critical than others. I often have re type information, it drains my phone battery, it will just randomly shut down and stop logging a shift so I have to log back in, or it won't save a shift, also sometimes the key board covers the text box so I can't see what I'm writing. Also it lacks the ability to review shifts in the app so if there's a problem you have to log into a computer. But we are all stuck with it for our work.
