Ratings and reviews

App works when it wants to. Won't load 80% of the time so I cannot clock out properly. When it finally does work, I clock out and then I have to edit my hours which makes it non-EVV compliant. Logs me out very frequently and then takes 5-10 minutes(usually more) to load and log me back into the app. Extremely frustrating and stressful for someone who deals with enough stress on a daily basis.

this app is ridiculous. im always late trying to clock in or clock out. it never wants to load. I should not have to close my phone tab numerous times trying to get this app to load. I have to go in and manually adjust my shift almost daily and it never saves anything. I can check anything and close it out and open it up and its blank. it saves nothing for my shift. Hopefully they fix this or we find something else to use because this is aggravating.

Almost never works as intended without a struggle to accomplish something as simple as punching a clock. So many other apps are seemingly far more complex and run smoothly more often than not but this app, with only three buttons, always requires multiple login attempts just to get inside and once in finding the data corrupted making an uninstall/reinstall necessary.
