About this app

ITAD Driver is the official app for drivers working with ITAD recycling partners. It helps you handle every e-waste and IT asset pickup from assignment to completion, with a secure digital record at every step.

MANAGE YOUR PICKUPS
• See all assigned leads in one place, organized into Pending, In Progress, and Completed tabs
• Accept or decline new pickup requests in a single tap
• View full lead details: address, contact person, item list, estimated weight, and pickup window
• Get turn-by-turn directions to the pickup location with Google Maps

DIGITAL HANDSHAKE AT PICKUP
Complete a verified, paperless handover at every stop:
• Verify & Scan – confirm your arrival with GPS and scan the customer's QR code
• Photo Documentation – capture item photos with your camera or choose from your gallery
• Weight Entry – record the actual weight and compare it against the estimate
• Customer Signature – collect a digital signature or a proof photo
• Bill of Lading – review the BOL and complete the pickup

PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
Interrupted mid-pickup? No problem. Your progress is saved, so you can tap "Continue pickup" and resume from the exact step you stopped at, with your photos, weight, and signature restored.

STAY CONNECTED
• Chat directly with your partner team from inside the app
• Get push notifications for new assignments, messages, and important updates
• Keep track of all alerts in the in-app notification center

TRACK YOUR PERFORMANCE
Your profile shows:
• Pickups completed this week, this month, and all time
• Total weight transported
• Average time per stop
• On-time arrival rate

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Phone number login with OTP verification
• Login tokens are stored securely on your device
• A full chain-of-custody record for every pickup, built for compliant IT asset disposition
