Terrible app. Worst I've seen by far. Won't let me login even though I have an account with them for a number of years already. Reached out numerous times to them and they kept saying different things I was doing wrong. Until they ran out of ideas so they just stopped responding at all. Can't believe such a big company doesn't have a half decent IT department. Don't even bother wasting your time trying to login. It will not work!!! P.s. would have loved to give it 0 stars but no option for that.

Leaking, dangerous, devices. Horrible service. Waste of money, time and energy.

The app told me there's no account with my phone number.. even though I have an account that quirks online...
