What a pointless app.... besides it looking awful, it really doesn't have many features to it. When we were sold the system, we were told it would alert you when the salt was running low. It does not, the engineer who installed the system agreed that they shouldn't advertise that it does. Also, the companies slogan, "The Perfect Customer Experience Every Time" is laughable as they are horrible to deal with. Worst customer service to pair with the worst app that I have ever seen.

Most awful app I have ever come across. Nothing works except the option to recommend it to a friend!! Tried to delete and reinstall, same result. Tried to make a recall request, - nobody called.

Soo pethetic with ewt customer service. I request a call back for 2 time's and no body called me back. Nothing works in the app. Worst customer service and no response. I never suggest ewt to any of my friends and family. I'm waiting again and if I'm not getting any response again, I'll go through every review session in Google.
