May or may not work In a nutshell the app won't work on a customers android phone tech support says there is nothing they can do. Pre tyco I had this happen and it was handled perfectly they worked with the customer directly and ended up releasing an update. If more words were allowed in this review I would give more details on how this product is declining and why they are driving a die hard Linux enthusiast into selling a different windows based nvr to his customers
Works just fine I don't know what technical level everybody else is at but I had no problems using the app. I downloaded and used this app with ease to show a customer that they could review camera feeds via mobile as well as a a browser and the client software installed on another computer.
This app is getting worse. I used to have 12 cameras at once to watch and now after last update the screens keep saying aquaring video but nothing happens. I have to go to list or go back and forth until the screen gets all the cameras.
Now keeps settings after phone update.
After last update servers removed from app It states that I have no servers. Tried uninstalling, reinstating the app. Also removed account info then signed back in. Nothing worked.
Needs a new UI Buttons and controls are all kinda dated.. Backend seems to be functional-- just has a tendency to reset the multi camera view when unlocking phone... The UI is a little touchy on the input tho... Really easy to miss a ptz button and then jump back to the main view... Not very responsive and resolution seems low on the UI... doesn't look like a native android app but I don't care enough to extract the APK etc...
