It works but needs some work Every other decent client stays on when you are viewing video. This is one of the top 5 VMS software companies in the world. It should have a checkbox to keep the screen on while the app is open. Other than that it is ok.
Terrible UI Unintuitive and difficult to use. Redesign is needed by a usability expert. Also, input fields are difficult to select requiring multiple (about 10) taps! This is nowhere near as good as Exacq client. My customers hate this app. I am embarrassed that video surveillance systems a lot less costly than Exacq have far better mobile apps.
It's good when it works. For me, this app dosent work as often as it does so it's very frustrating. Customer service is not helpful
