The Exacq Support Portal app is an essential tool for any integrator and provides access to a wide variety of documentation including user guides, release notes, TAB’s and knowledge articles written by technical support engineers. Integrators can also utilise the Raise a Case functionality and view their current list of cases and case status on the Support Portal. Other features include a Forum, Video Library, Software Downloads, My Favourites, a Global Search, Live Chat, Search Log Messages, Track and Submit RMA’s and access to an E-Learning site.
