Exact Online —"Singireny" provides a software platform for merchants to manage sales (POS + online, inventory, listings, chat, promotions, and delivery notifications). Singireny is neither a bank, a money remitter, nor a courier. We do not hold funds in escrow. Payments are processed directly by third‑party providers (e.g., mobile money operators, banks, card acquirers, PayPal). Delivery is performed by merchants or third‑party couriers. We provide signals, status, and controls (e.g., Payment Confirmation Token, Delivery‑OTP), but we are not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller.
