Great app! Really inexpensive compared to buying an actual drum tuner, especially considering it does pretty much the same thing. It worked perfectly on my toms, though my old snare presented a bit more of a challenge as there was a lot of ringing/overtones that interfered with pitch detection. I contacted the dev to get some help and he provided tons of tips and detailed tuning information, and even went so far as to record a video just to walk me through it! If you're having a hard time tuning the batter head on your snare, try muting the bottom head with your hand during the process, I can say it worked for me.

This app worked like a charm. It had a little issue that was promptly fixed by the developer once I notified them. Now all is in working order again. Over all, the accuracy that you can achieve tuning your drums with this is truly amazing. It is a completely different league to by ear tuning. I would recommend this app to any drummer who is serious about a good sounding set.

Works OK as a straight tuner, detected pitches reliably enough. However, the lug view is really tough to understand, and seems unintuitive to me. Would benefit from being able to select a note to tune to, and some kind of built in guide for newbies.
