About this app

LMT is the private communication and information app for Lost Marbles Theatrics in Fort Collins, Colorado.

The app gives Lost Marbles Theatrics administrators a central place to communicate with members and distribute organization information without relying on traditional group email or text-message lists.

Administrators can create and publish updates for members, including meeting information, events, schedule changes, closures, announcements, reminders, and other organization communications. Updates can be activated or deactivated and can be scheduled to appear and expire at specified dates and times.

Groups and targeted communication

Members can be organized into groups within Lost Marbles Theatrics. Administrators can send an update to everyone or target the update to one or more specific groups, allowing members to see information relevant to their activities.

Member responses

Administrators can request responses to an update using Yes/No, Yes/No/Maybe, or custom multiple-choice options. Depending on the update, members may be allowed to select a single response or multiple responses. Administrators can view response totals and member responses as they are received.

Real-time information

Updates and organization information are synchronized so members can see current information without relying on separate email or text-message distribution lists.

Private organization access

LMT is intended for members of Lost Marbles Theatrics. Users join the organization using the access information provided by Lost Marbles Theatrics, and administrators manage organization membership and groups.

LMT is designed specifically to provide Lost Marbles Theatrics with a simple, centralized way to keep its members informed, organized, and connected.
