good app for all things related to services. receives much better and faster response than when a complaint is forwarded through the service centre. App needs a lot of updates and fixes, which I am sure will be addressed. for example i couldnt find any of the two dealers in my city when i was trying to add a complaint. Also, i have no idea from where the app got my email ID, it is wrong and there is no option to change it.

App is really slow, needs an update and make it faster. Also, option to download the owner's manual on to the device. Location tracking is horrible, doesn't pick up my location accurately at all. Please fix the app and make it worthy as the bike. Does have good features though, plus you can upload your travel docs and track service.

KTM India app is not showing the service record properly. My service invoices older then 1 year are coming out blank except for the total amount I have paid for the services and repairs. P.S. After re-installing the app, now I am not even able to download the invoices older than 1 year. Before atleast I was able to download blank invoices with total cost mentioned but now NOTHING!!!!! FIX THE DAMN APP!!!!!!
