Ratings and reviews

Nothing but problems with the app. Have called several times, have left several messages and can't get anyone in IT to answer or return calls. I'm about to say "TO HELL WITH IT" close everything and take my business elsewhere. Yall can't be that large of a "customer service" department when Ninna is the only one who answers the option 1.
