What exactly are Positive Affirmations?

These examples are for daily or weekly goals, but you can do it for a month, six months, or even a year. Whatever stage you're at with goal setting is perfectly fine. These are your goals, and you will achieve them at your own pace; simply use these affirmations as a reminder to keep going.
When there is so much to worry about and so many opportunities to compare ourselves to others and focus on what we don't have, remind yourself that you have a lot to be grateful for. On difficult days, I find it especially beneficial to recognize the things I take for granted because they are normal to me but not to others - my bed, food in my refrigerator, and clean water. There is always something for which to be thankful. But keep in mind that this does not invalidate your experiences. Your problems, big or small, are valid, and you are allowed to feel all of those emotions, but hopefully, this affirmation will remind you that there is always some good in the world.
