The app charged me for an order multiple times and when I emailed the customer service email listed on their app I received a email that said that the email address was invalid. don't use this app.

this app genuinely sucks and gives me the biggest headache and suspends your account if you put one thing wrong on your card absolutely the worst food app i ever had to use

Poorly created. Order history does not allow view of receipts. No way to contact to cancel order for new inbound PCS personnel on ROM. Shouldn't have to go through hoops to find the store hours and delivery fee — should be posted as soon as I open the subsection in the app. Wait time for food is absurd — 60 minutes travel time for a 5 minute drive down the street.
