solid banking app, my only two pet peeves are being unable to stay signed in permanently and when transfering money from savings to checkings and vice versa, the app will often try to guess which account is the "from" account leading me to sometimes send money from/to the wrong account. the bank can sometimes take a few hours to process a transaction, but that isn't the fault of the app.

Constant failures. Both bill pay and pay with Zell constantly error out and must be tried 30 to 50 times just to make one payment. Not one type of error but many different errors and there's nothing the bank seems to be able to do to look into this or to address it. I do love my bank but For financial institution these are ridiculous systems To have to rely on to do financial transactions which should be reliable accurate concise clear and simple. They should work every time. Very frustrating.

The new app makes it harder for me to view my transactions as a whole. I also can't use the mobile deposit feature anymore- it doesn't seem to be compatible with my phone (Stopped working in the old app when I got a pixel; I was hoping this would be fixed in the new app). Tonight it doesn't want to let me log in with my fingerprint and it doesn't remember my stored password. I'm bummed!
