About this app

ExcluCycle is the easiest way to book a pedicab ride — or earn money pedaling one.

WHY EXCLUCYCLE
Whether you're a rider looking for a fun, eco-friendly way to get across town or a driver looking to earn on your own schedule, ExcluCycle connects you in seconds. No haggling, no hassle. Just open the app, request a ride, and go.

FOR RIDERS
• Request a ride in seconds — pickup pin or current location
• See your driver on the map in real time as they head to you
• Transparent fare meter — watch the price update as you ride
• Pay securely in-app with credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
• Tip your driver from your phone — 100% goes to the driver
• Walk-up rides: pay by card, cash, Venmo, or Cash App — no app install required

FOR DRIVERS
• Built-in GPS navigation and trip routing
• Real-time fare metering
• Location tracking while you're online — it keeps running in the background with a visible notification, so dispatch can match you with nearby riders and riders can watch you approach; tap Go Offline and it stops
• Easy switching between rider and driver modes from one account

SECURITY & PRIVACY
• SMS one-time-password sign-in — no passwords to remember
• Stripe-powered payments — your card info never touches our servers
• Drivers verified with photo and document checks before going active

WHO IT'S FOR
