Read the bad reviews, but it loaded fine on our samsung and dell phones. Gave useful information on our hotel, though some was a bit basic and TV channellist qas not 100% accurate. I have not tried ordering food or the WhatsApp messaging, so can't comment on the advanced features.

I'm giving it 1-star because the app description is so poor, there is very little basis to review against! Please address and I'll be happy to revise my review. Additionally, It would be good if it could cache information as Internet connectivity wasn't always great. Some information pages were poorly laid out without the ability to jump to a specific section. I tend to think aesthetics are overplayed somewhat and greater investment in functionality could be made.

Nice idea for an app, but not very useful as it is. Used at Blue Lagoon hotel in Kos - very limited features and often froze or didn't work. Would have been really useful to include a site/hotel map on it, or facility opening times. The app has potential if it's used for more things.
