I have been using this app for more than a year, recently i started having alot of issues with the quality of the cleaners and most importantly the customer service. They are not helpful and eventually my issues are never solved. Now i regret recommending the application to others and won't be using it again.

service is good but app is SO BAD. it doesnt save my payment info I have to add it every time. it crashes so much. and the UI UX is horrible

I don't recommend hader hourly service as they don't respect their customers they have a policy of dropping the girls from 3:30 till 6 or 6:30 to give themselves the chance to come at the time that suits the supervisors not the customer's they either come too early or too late and I have to run on my way home because they wait only for 15 mins today the supervisor arrived 3:21 and when I called her 3:45 she didn't even wait the 15 mins
