Very very very bad experience. Anyone from Bisha before hiring a maid please take all the reviews seriously, what they say about the maid is true. Maids are very unprofessional, talk to you in a very disrespectful manner, just want to use the phone all the time and many more things. Waste of money and time.

they didn't do the service we booked and the app shows service is done. the company driver came at 6. 13 pm and made missed calls took pics and left with cleaner. when I try to call him at 6.14pm he canceled the call. the helpline and local office say that is our mistake. we postponed the visit however we did not postponed any visit. the company insists that that is not their mistake. on top of all they don't speak English. so for foreign customers they do scam like this. now they refuse.

Extremely and highly unprofessional, last week, due to a mistake in the address, they refused to deliver the service and not refunded the money. When I sent a message to their instagram, they blocked me from there.. Not recommended at all.
