App consistently has bugs. Will not open. I have sent messages. No resolution or response. It is awful.

This app won't let me log on it keep saying my username and password is incorrect but it's not and it won't let me send my info to my email account so it can be resolved, I give this app 👎🏾👎🏾😕

New Life Changer. Having log in error. Can log into iOffice web site with on problem. But cannot log into any TLC apps (ibo, 5in5, TLC Pay) have deleted apps and restarted device, no resolve. Contacted TLC for help, no resolve.
