Excellent! but, during logged in, if a/c is dr. the app shows updated balance immediately. but when the a/c is cr. the balance does not update automatically. And few updates are needed to enhance the app: 1. Enable RTGS transactions (up to 500,000) during transaction hour. 2. Provide a detailed, downloadable account statement as exciting in web version. 3. Display DPS balance and loan outstanding information. 4. Simplify the signup process and remove the need for a security PIN.

After a very long time, exim bank has introduced a usable and modern app which supports all the necessary functions for online banking. But it seems each function is taking longer than usual to load properly. A banking app should be fast, fluid and reliable like city touch and dbbl banking app. If this issue is fixed, i will review my rating and provide 4 star. Also i suggest removing the Exim eWallet app from the play store because that's unusable and outdated by atleast 4 years. Thanks

After logging into the mobile app, I am unable to find any details of my previously created DPS. However, I have been regularly depositing into my DPS account. This is a matter of concern for me. I kindly request you to resolve this issue and ensure that the DPS information is visible in my account as soon as possible.
