About this app

The Neoservices mobile application is accessible only to users of the Neo.services web application.

The application is offered to event companies that provide hosts and hostesses to handle reception and screening tasks for events (trade fairs, shows, sporting events, etc.) for which they have contracted.

Client managers create events and assignments in the web application and send notifications to hosts inviting them to pre-register based on skills, availability, and geographic work area.

Once notified, hosts access assignments via the Neoservices mobile application and pre-register for the assignments that suit them.
Once pre-registered, web application managers approve or reject pre-registrations and communicate the logistical details of the assignment to hosts in the mobile application.

The web application allows guests to assign loaned clothing to their hosts: they can find details of the loaned items on the mobile application and can receive a notification if the clothing is not returned on time.
