Use Exora as a simplified Android home experience during protected sessions. It reduces visual noise while keeping essential actions accessible.
ACCESSIBILITYSERVICE API DISCLOSURE
Exora uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to provide user-configured app and website blocking.
When Accessibility access is enabled, Exora detects foreground app and window changes and accesses the opened app’s name or package. This lets Exora determine whether the user selected that app for blocking, a friction delay, a focus session, a recurring rule, or an authorized managed policy.
For supported browsers, Exora accesses the domain displayed in the address bar solely to determine whether a website configured for blocking is open.
When a configured app or website is detected, Exora can display its blocking screen or redirect the user to Exora. This deterministic behavior follows settings created or accepted by the user or, in Managed Mode, an authorized organization administrator.
Accessibility access is optional, must be enabled manually in Android settings, and can be disabled at any time. Information accessed through AccessibilityService is processed locally on the device and is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
DISCIPLINE MODES
Choose Gentle, Balanced, Strict, or Beast mode to control how strongly Exora responds to distractions.
INSIGHTS AND FOCUS WRAP
Track focus time, completed sessions, breaks, blocked attempts, app usage, active days, streaks, Pomodoro rounds, and peak focus periods. Review weekly, monthly, yearly, or all-time summaries.
STREAKS, XP, AND LEVELS
Earn XP by completing sessions, build streaks, increase your level, and earn streak freezes at milestones.
FOCUS POOLS
Create or join accountability groups with an invite code. Set shared goals, compare focus time, sessions, active days, and streaks, view rankings, and share rank cards.
