The app has recently been updated to look snazzier and function less. Whereas it was intuitive before it's now less so. You have to dig for info and jump through hoops to do anything that actually helps you, the agent. Borrower info should be most prominent, but instead exos has decided that's a lesser concern than anything else. The stuff you need is still there, but whereas I feel that should be the first thing you see when you click an assignment, it's been decided 5 clicks is better.

I have mixed feelings about this app. I like the information included and available in the specific assignments. I like the auto-assign feature. I like the idea of synching the calendar for my availability. But getting the calendar to actually sync is a struggle!! Normally it takes 7 or 8 tries. I usually have to close it, re-open it, attempt to sync then rinse and repeat until it finally works. That is really frustrating.

I started using this app over a year ago & was very skeptical at first about putting appts for other companies in the calendar but after giving it a try, I absolutely love it. I used to miss out on a lot of calls for work while I was in a closing but now I come out of my appts & find emails saying I got work. I get a lot more work now & don't have to be glued to my phone. I just wish all companies had this app. I can't wait til docs can be viewed/printed on the app & scanbacks uploaded. Love it!
