I have mixed feelings about this app. I like the information included and available in the specific assignments. I like the auto-assign feature. I like the idea of synching the calendar for my availability. But getting the calendar to actually sync is a struggle!! Normally it takes 7 or 8 tries. I usually have to close it, re-open it, attempt to sync then rinse and repeat until it finally works. That is really frustrating.

The app has recently been updated to look snazzier and function less. Whereas it was intuitive before it's now less so. You have to dig for info and jump through hoops to do anything that actually helps you, the agent. Borrower info should be most prominent, but instead exos has decided that's a lesser concern than anything else. The stuff you need is still there, but whereas I feel that should be the first thing you see when you click an assignment, it's been decided 5 clicks is better.

This is one of my favorite signing apps. It only took a short amount of time to figure it out and get familiar with it. Being able to easily control when you are not available is great. I am doing it manually instead of syncing my calendar because my calendar is too out of control but it is still easy and quick to update. Easy to access assignment details and other info. I feel that a lot of thought and consideration to include the signing agents perspective was put into the design.
