About this app

Exotel Agent is the official mobile app for contact center agents using Exotel OmniApp. Sign in with your organization’s server URL and manage voice and chat interactions from your phone.

• Sign in with your server – Enter your company’s OmniApp URL (or pick a saved domain) and sign in with your existing credentials.

• Voice & chat – Handle inbound and outbound voice calls and chat conversations in one app.

• Push notifications – Get notified of new calls and messages even when the app is in the background.

• Secure – Your server URL and session stay on your device. All traffic uses your organization’s secure connection.

• Portrait-only – Designed for one-handed use; the app stays in portrait for a consistent experience.



HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Install Exotel Agent from the Play Store.
2. Open the app and enter your organization’s server domain (e.g. https://gateway.engg-preprod.cc.exotel.com/) or full OmniApp URL.
3. Tap Connect, then sign in on the web login screen with your usual credentials.
4. Start taking voice and chat interactions from your phone.

For access and support, contact your administrator or Exotel support. Exotel Agent requires an active Exotel OmniApp / contact center setup.
