I have placed two books but received only one book. I have ordered 7th November 2025 but still not received my book. One month gone already.I tried to contact What's app but no response from your side. Very worst experience and bad customer service. I want my refund or send my order without any further delay. Your app is very bad here after I won't purchase anything from site and never recommend to anybody. if you treat customer like this you can't develop anymore.

They charge more than MRP. I ordered 9 books together, as per their billing, it was Rs.1275/- which i paid while ordering. But after receiving books, I discovered all the books MRP were much lesser than what was billed, it was coming to just Rs.740/-. They have charged Rs.535/- which is not acceptable. Beware, about their products prices. They charge very high.

Fake app. You will never get the product and there is no option to request for refund. I ordered a book on Aug 2nd. As on 27th Aug, the shipping status is still showing as 'Ready for Dispatch'. I had called on Aug 12 and was promised the delivery by Aug 17th. As I didn't receive the product nor any update, I emailed the team on Aug 24th & did not receive the reply. On 27th Aug, I called the customer care and after entering the IVR option, I was kept on wait for 4 minutes & call got disconnected
