One of the worst logistics companies in the country. The app is bad, services are bad, delivery time is bad, customer support doesn't exist. Not recommended

Delivery times are horrible.The package i ordered 6 days ago arrived at the designated usa address.It didnt show up in the system yet.I wrote to customer service about it,and they just give me automated messages instead of real tracking.This wasnt the first time.It is also much more expensive compared to other delivery services.I do not recommend it.

WORST Service i have ever used by a long shot. I used them about 6 or 7 times, and each time they gave me an obnoxious headache. I have a cargo that is in their warehouse (at least to the extent that they say so) from 13th of this month. it is 29th? tha heck? I tried to use their taxigo service at 11AM today, as they advertised, I expected my package in an hour. it is 6 PM, I do not have my package, and I called them TWO times. this is all in their control btw. its not international.
