I had a very stressful experience with Expatrio blocked account activation. The blocked amount transfer was completed successfully without any issue, and I also completed POSTIDENT verification at a Deutsche Post branch. However, the account activation status did not update properly afterward. Despite already completing in-person verification, I was later asked to travel from Trier to Berlin for another verification appointment. For an international student, this means significant travel costs

Highly frustrated with the current support model. Poppy (the AI bot) is a massive step backward and makes it impossible to get help. Replacing your support staff with a bot was a mistake, please bring back real people so we can actually use the app effectively.

very bad app . open initially for uploading money but after reaching in Germany in the name of process of verification of identity like passport in post office is not occurred and no help from customer service. and particularly stuck in this process and no money to the student how he/she can survive
