This is definitely not user friendly at all. I read instructions at help center, even so cannot solve simple problems. I have never used such a terrible bank app. I wish I could change my bank. Unfortunately since my blocked account is on this bank I am stuck for a year. But after that never again, never

all my documents are verified and now i don't see any step further of how I have to start with the verification process. the chatbot keep telling me to verify but where do I get this option No idea! The chatbot keeps getting me back to the same question if I am in germany and if I started the activation process. it's been over a week since I am in Germany and despite of all correct documents I still have no access to my blocked funds because of this inefficient and confusing mobile application!

Honestly, how long is it supposed to take to activate a blocked account. I need the money to pay for so many things, but I am locked behind a waiting time that's ridiculous. You have the money and all my information! what more do you want to activate a bank account? Why can't it be as easy as the setup? it would have been so much easier and faster to transfer all the money from expatrio to Fintiba. I am so sick of this.
