They're Scammers. I sent money to the generated account since the 1st of this month and it's yet to be reflected. I contacted them and they asked for a series of documents which included my bank statements and proof of payment which I sent since last week and they acknowledged but they still didn't credit my account.

I thought it would be easy to open an account but the app keeps hindering me not everyone has a passport. Here we use BVN/NIN as means of verification. please try to change that. It's discouraging and frustrating. Try adding BVN or NIN for those who don't have a passport
