EW Inventory System brings inventory, point of sale, and expense tracking into one app built for shops, distributors, and small teams. Run your catalog, ring up sales, watch stock levels, and stay on top of costs—on Android, iOS, and the web—with optional cloud sync so your data can follow the same account across devices.

Inventory & catalog
Create and maintain a SKU catalog with costs, prices, reorder points, and optional serial-number tracking for high-value items. Receive stock, move units between locations on supported plans, and use the camera on iOS/Android for barcode workflows where the app supports it. See low-stock signals on the dashboard and keep history of stock movements when your plan includes it.

Point of sale
Use a built-in register with cart, tax, and checkout flows. Track sales history, handle voids where your plan allows, and use features like promotions, shipments, and document flows on higher tiers. Multi-location support on Pro/Premium helps businesses that operate more than one site.

Customers & CRM
Maintain customer records, notes, and (on supported plans) groups and richer CRM-style workflows. Link customers to sales when your subscription enables it.

Expenses & operations
Record business expenses, categorize them, attach receipts where available, and work with recurring expense entries to stay aligned with your bookkeeping rhythm.

Organization & access
Set up your organization profile, locations, and team members. Roles (e.g. admin, manager, cashier) and, on Premium, custom role profiles help control who can open which areas of the app—so staff see what they need without exposing sensitive controls.

Documents & sharing
Generate and share PDFs for invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, and price lists (depending on plan), with branding options tied to your org settings. Use system features like print, email, and share where the platform allows.

Sync & sign-in
Sign in with email, or use Google and Sign in with Apple (where configured). With Firebase-backed sync, your organization’s data can stay aligned across signed-in devices. Offline-friendly local storage helps when connectivity is spotty; sync behavior depends on your setup and plan.

Plans
Starter, Pro, and Premium tiers scale limits on products, locations, users, sales volume, reporting history, and advanced features. Manage upgrades in-app where RevenueCat / your offering is configured.
