Exper Cebimde: Oto Ekspertiz

Viarsoft Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

About this app

Buying a used car is a big decision — Exper Cebimde makes it secure, end-to-end, to have your vehicle inspected by TSE-certified expert firms before purchasing it, all in one application.

HOW IT WORKS?
1. List TSE-certified expert firms according to your location; compare packages, prices, and ratings.
2. Select your appointment and make your payment. Your payment doesn't go directly to the firm — it's held in a secure escrow account until the report is delivered.
3. The seller provides their statement about the vehicle and confirms the appointment. This connects both parties to the process: you don't waste your time traveling, and the seller avoids surprises.
4. Once the inspection is complete, a digital report with photos, videos, and clear language is uploaded to your application. Ask the expert about any points you don't understand — by writing or sending a voice message.

WHY EXPER CEBİMDE?
• Independent report: The expert receives their fee through the platform; there is no financial relationship with the seller. • Secure payment (escrow): Money is not transferred until the report is delivered. Cancellation conditions are clearly defined from the outset. • Seller's commitment: The seller's statement is verified against the report; false statements are subject to penalties. • Simple language: Technical findings are presented with a glossary and categorized by importance (critical/medium/informative) — you don't need to be an expert.

CHECK PAST REPORTS BY LICENSE PLATE
If your vehicle has been previously inspected on the platform, you can instantly view the past report by license plate for a reasonable fee — your vehicle's history is in your pocket.

MY GARAGE: VEHICLE WALLET
Add your vehicle; track fuel, maintenance, inspections, insurance, and documents all in one place. Upcoming tasks are reminded on the main screen; see the true cost of your vehicle with expense analyses. Share the digital vehicle resume via QR code when selling — prove your well-maintained vehicle with documentation.
