This app extends your Experia voice line to your phone, so you can keep taking and making calls when you step away from your desk. Sign in with your Experia agent account and your phone becomes your softphone no separate number, the same queues, and the same business caller ID.
What you can do
• Receive your calls anywhere :queue and direct calls ring your phone with a native call screen, even when the app is closed or locked.
• Make outbound calls : dial from the keypad with your business caller ID.
• My Queues : choose, per queue, whether your phone rings for it, independently of your desktop session.
• Recents : your full call history, filterable by date, direction, and status.
• In-call controls : mute, speaker and Bluetooth, and an in-call keypad.
• Dark mode, plus Arabic and English (right-to-left) support.
