xFlow TV turns an Android TV into a live operations wall.

It shows the team what needs attention right now — the cases that are delayed, the ones running past
their target, and the outliers that become tomorrow's escalation if nobody moves. Nobody logs in,
nobody opens a dashboard, nobody has to remember to check. The information is simply on the wall, in
front of the people who can act on it.

SETTING UP A SCREEN

Each screen is registered once with a six-digit code from your administrator, which tells it which
process, role and area it belongs to. Everything the screen displays — its title, its logo, its
columns, its goals — comes from your organisation's configuration, so no two screens need a
different app. After setup it runs unattended.

PART OF THE EXPERIENCEFLOW DNS PLATFORM

The Digital Nervous System connects business outcomes to the operational parameters that drive them,
using decision intelligence and machine learning to show where performance is drifting and what to do
about it.

xFlow TV is the wall-mounted surface of that platform's real-time intervention layer. Where the
platform's Micro Bot directs each role to the delays, deviations and outliers that matter most, this
app puts the same picture on a shared screen — so a whole floor sees the same priorities at the same
moment, without anyone opening an application.

The platform's full capabilities — trend and root-cause analysis, workflow tracking, peer-to-peer
performance comparison, reviews and reporting — are used through the ExperienceFlow web and mobile
applications.

xFlow TV is for organisations licensed to use the ExperienceFlow DNS platform. You will need a screen
code from your administrator. Without one the app cannot display anything.
