While VERY easy to navigate and use, there is no way to contact a live person. There's a discrepancy between their records and mine, they don't answer emails, and have no staff at the 888 number. I've sent several emails, left voice mails, and nobody bothered to contact me. Their customer service is non-existent.

Still doesn't work even on my tablet it crashes.. stop putting too many tabs and videos on the screen, you exceed the memory on most devices.
