Customer service is beyond terrible. After completing the training I received $500 worth of discount, but they revoked that after 2 days. How I was supposed to spend that it 2 days I'm not sure, but on day 3 when I placed my order my discount was no more. Customer service handled and explained it poorly over the phone since my emails were not answered. Also the interface is the worst I've ever seen, I'm pretty sure that they hope you'll just get frustrated with them and give up. Save yourself the time and effort and do not deal with these people!
Terrible customer service. Had an issue with an order, still no response and the sale is over now so their comments won't be of any help.
This app is just okay. Its great that it gives you mobile access to your deals and discounts, but the user interface is pretty bad. Customer service is also quite bad. I have never had a single email responded to. Instead, rather, I have to search high and wide for the appropriate pjone number to contact someone regarding an order. This app also wants you to "engage" the community, but I fail tonsee for what purpose. They try to treat it like a retailer's instagram, claiming that you can receive points for making these social posts inapp, but I have yet to see what benefits come frome this. It would be nice to know what interaction on the app looks like and what you cam actually receive from making posts "showing your product knowledge."
The app doesn't do much. I thought it would be a way to continue my brand training/education on my phone, but if it is, I can't find it. I'm not sure the point. Additionally, I'm not impressed with the Experticity service in general. I did training for four brands almost a month ago and placed orders using my rewards. Today I got an email wanting me to rate my purchase. How can I? They are all listed as "Pending," and I haven't received them. It just seems to take an unnecessarily long time, and the selections of products to choose from were fairly limited from most of the brands.
Could have a better user friendly interface, at least for mobile. Great deals, just wish they had more variety.
Customer support is non existence. Sent questions to them with no response in over a month
We hope you like our shiny new logo!
