About this app

ExpiKeep records the things that expire or renew themselves: domains, annual licences, maintenance contracts, certificates, hosting and subscriptions to developer tools — in one place instead of spread across folders and inboxes.

WHAT EXPIKEEP DOES NOT DO

ExpiKeep documents the dates you enter and reminds you of them. It gives no legal advice: it does not interpret licence or contract terms, does not tell you what may still be used once something has expired, and says nothing about what a grace or redemption period allows. It names no registrars, certificate authorities, hosters or software vendors, and it neither compares nor rates providers. The bundled quick selection only prefills a name and a kind.

There is no field for a licence key, a serial number or a password, and none belongs in the free-text fields either — the name is shown in full in the list, a long contract number shortened there and in full only inside the entry.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU

A customer or contract number identifies you to your provider, and a list of domains and hosting contracts describes your projects and your commercial activity. So: no user account, no registration, no server operated by the developer. Everything you enter lives in a local database on your device. An attached document stays there too — ExpiKeep keeps its own copy in the app's private storage and does not transmit it.

ExpiKeep requests no camera permission for taking a photo. Your device's camera app does that.

No ads. No analytics or tracking services. The only outbound connections are the purchase through Google Play and — only if you use currency conversion — fetching exchange rates.

FREE AND PREMIUM

For free you can manage up to 8 entries. Premium lifts that limit and supports further development. Premium is a subscription through Google Play; the current price is shown before purchase and you can cancel any time in the Play Store.

IMPORTANT ABOUT REMINDERS

Reminders are scheduled locally and delivered by the Android system. Depending on battery saver settings, Doze mode or manufacturer-specific battery optimisation, they may arrive later than set or not at all.

That matters here: a domain that is not renewed can be released and registered by someone else, and a licence or certificate that lapses can stop a system you depend on. So do not rely on the reminder alone — keep important dates in view yourself. Cancelling, or switching off automatic renewal, is something you have to do yourself in any case.
