How it Works?

1. Open the app and Scan a product's barcode or snap a photo of the label, this will add a product name. If it fails to identify product (rarely, and we're keep updating our database) you can add product name manually as well.
2. Point your camera to expiry date of the product. Expiry Scanner reads the expiry date automatically, you can add date manually in case it fails reading.
💡Tip for expiry scan: Wait till your camera is well focused on expiry date. Avoid glare lighting. Rule of thumb is, if you can read date from live image, App will catch it. In case of multiple dates (packaging date for example) in image, hide other dates with your free hand while scanning.
3. Confirm or edit the details, choose(add) category, and you're done
4. Get a friendly reminder before the item expires (default 7 days, you can customize it with comma separated values e.g., 7,1,30 to get reminder before 30 days, 7 days, and a day.)
