EXPLAN is a data-driven management platform that consolidates the vast amount of data generated by franchise headquarters during operations. Previously, information on sales, inventory, quality, marketing, finance, certification, and organizational structure was scattered across disparate systems. This meant critical decisions required searching multiple sources, slowing down judgment and increasing the likelihood of errors. EXPLAN connects various platforms via APIs, automatically refining and integrating disparate data formats into a single dashboard. This allows anyone to see at a glance what's happening at their franchisees and which strategies are most effective, enabling faster and more accurate execution.

1. Advisory Dashboard: A Central Tool for Understanding Your Company's Present and Future

EXPLAN's Advisory Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your company's internal systems. Franchisees need to monitor not only store issues but also the company's financial health, governance structure, values, workforce structure, and certification levels. The Advisory Dashboard integrates this data under a single framework, enabling objective assessment of your company's current position and future growth potential.

The corporate valuation feature is particularly essential for unlisted franchises. Unlisted stocks lack a market price, so critical decisions like attracting investment, transferring shares, giving to family members, and succession management are often made without a clear baseline.
